How does Time and attendance work?

Objective: Know the excess / shortage of hours worked compared to those planned, receiving the markings automatically.

Presencia

1. Plan Shifts

  • Create a quadrant of work shifts
  • This planning can be done using all the tools available in shifts for it.
  • It is essential both to know later the deviations and to comply with Instruction 3/2016 of the labor inspection. To detect deviations, you must first have the planning done.

See tutorial

2. Define Tolerances

  • Define the time frame for the generation of absences or hours / complementary. Management must be simplified and aTurn automatically filters within tolerances.
  • Example: a tolerance of 15 minutes, if a shift is from 8:00 to 15:00 and the worker signs in at 8:14 and 15:00, the application will not generate any notice of possible absenteeism.
  • It is only necessary to define the types of absences, hours and the maximum duration of the day by default to start.

See tutorial

3. Monitor Markings

  • Markings from different sources reach aTurnos: mobile, IP filtering, commercial presence control, etc. Now it is necessary to validate deviations produced and complete markings if, for example, the worker has forgotten to sign in.
  • Adjust the excesses and defects to the actual planning for the creation of normal, overtime or complementary hours, as well as absences.

See tutorial

4. Export to Payroll

To go to payroll you have to:

  • Once the time management has been adjusted, the payroll concepts that exist in shifts are generated automatically.
  • This process generates a CSV or is downloaded through the API to your payroll system.
  • All the previous processes are audited and registered in the log to have full traceability.
