Create specialties and allocate them to employees. In order to know what services or tasks can perform each employee, firstly you have to create this specialties and rate them from 0 to 5 to employees depending on the level they have in each specialty.

Create task templates. Task templates will allow you to establish an order in which tasks are made, for example, for a hotel, a (simple) task template for each time a room is free, can be:

  1. Pick up clean bedding
  2. Clean the room and dress the bed with clean bedding
  3. Pick up used bedding
  4. Inform the hotel reception that the room is ready

Plan automatically depending on tasks quantity . Tasks can be defined with a determined duration, and the task allocation process can be made after the planning (in other words, in that case, tasks will be only be allocated to scheduled employees), or it can be carried out automatically depending on the task quantity and duration.

Transform demand tasks. Workload generated by the necessity of performing different tasks from different templates, can be transformed in a single demand. With this action you can visualize easily with a coverture table where do you need the most staff and where is there an excess of scheduled staff.
