aTurnos implementation process


The implementation process of aTurnos is very fast since all the members involved benefit from the system: the company, the supervisors and the employees. This process can be done directly by the company but we recommend you to contact our consulting department and follow a process controlled and validated by aTurnos.

The implantation is achieved in 6 weeks

Kick-off meeting

Presentation meeting with aTurnos product demo and questions for the validation of the clients requirements. Those responsible for the project are chosen by the client and aTurnos.

Step 1

The client selects two of the most representative teams within the company to perform a proof of concept/validation. This process can be integrated into the kick-off, but it requires analysis by the client. Each team has a person in charge who will be in direct contact with the aTurnos consultant or through the defined manager.

Step 2

A meeting with those responsible for the proof of concept for a detailed analysis of the requirements and needs. This process allows aTurnos to understand the specific needs and set up the system. If you need consulting on planning it can be included in this step.

Step 3

aTurnos allows the users involved in the proof of concept to access aTurnos with the most adapted configuration to the analyzed needs, which may include some customized developments. In this process aTurnos carries out a brief training to those responsible for the system. The client can define if it is necessary to train all users or only those responsible for the system, and the client will be responsible internally for such training. aTurnos has the documentation to do so.

Step 4

The teams that represent the proof of concept begin to work with the system communicating the doubts to aTurnos through the supervisors or the person in charge. In the case of wanting any integration of systems such as payrolls or ERPs it is time to start testing the Web Services and the integration tools.

Step 5

The proof of concept has been validated and there is a meeting with the responsible employees to design the adoption phase by the rest of the client's teams.

Step 6

The teams are added according to the plan within the defined periods. It can be a team or similar teams per week. This process may require training by aTurnos if it is not done by the project manager or supervisors.

End of the implementation phase

When all the teams are working with aTurnos the implantation is closed and the support processes are maintained through the aTurnos standard channels.
